Aalto University Properties Ltd owns the majority of the premises used by Aalto University in Otaniemi, Töölö and Kirkkonummi. The company is responsible for the maintenance of the properties as well as related support functions and property development.
The company was established in conjunction with the university reform in 2009, and it is part of Aalto University Group. Aalto University Foundation holds two thirds of the shares in the company, with the remaining third held by the State of Finland.
